The minimum number is 4 hours.

Do we need to sign a long term contract for services?

No

Can your helpers take the client on errands, i.e., doctor visits, beauty salon, grocery shopping?

Yes.

Do you require a criminal background check for your helpers?

Yes. We do three different kinds of checks:

• Criminal background check

• Sex Offender Registry check

• Nurse Aide Registry check

How are your helpers trained?

State mandated training plus intensive in-house continuing education training.
